How do I rent beach equipment from Lazy Loggerhead?

How do I get and return my rented chairs, umbrellas, or carts?
We will deliver your order to your doorstep by 4:00pm on your arrival date and picked up by 12 noon on your departure date. Items will be place in an easily accessible place at your rental property (near the front door, in the parking area, etc.). When you leave, we will pick up all rented items from the same place. Please clean off sand and salt, if possible
How do I pay for my rental items?
All advance orders should be paid in full prior to delivery. Pricing and equipment availability is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A credit card number is required as a security deposit.
What if one of the chairs, umbrellas or carts are not working when delivered?
We guarantee your satisfaction. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
What happens if an items breaks or is stolen or lost?
You will not be charged for normal wear and tear. You will, however, be charged for the replacement cost of any equipment that is not returned.
What if our vacation is interrupted by a hurricane?
If an evacuation is ordered, you will be refunded to pro rata remaining balance of your rental. We cannot offer refunds if it rains, is too hot, too cold, or you don’t go to the beach.
What are the rules?
Seabrook Island does not allow beach equipment to be left on the beach overnight. If you bring it up to the beach – bring it home.
Use common sense… if it’s windy, take down the umbrella. If you’re going for a long walk and the tide is coming in, move the chairs back on the beach.
Clean salt and sand off, if possible.
Leave the items where you found them when you leave – we’ll pick them up.
Relax, enjoy the sand and surf, and don’t forget the sunscreen!
